سنسور فشار ابسولوت به نوعی از سنسور فشار گفته می شود که در آنها اندازه‌گیری فشار نسب به مرجع خلاء کامل یا Perfect Vacuum و بدون تاثیر فشار اتمسفر Atmospheric Pressure انجام می شود.

تفاوت سنسور فشار مطلق و سنسور فشار گیج

اتمسفر یا جو موجود در اطراف زمین دارای وزن است. این وزن فشاری را ایجاد می کند که به آن فشار اتمسفر Atmospheric Pressure یا فشار محیط Ambient Pressure گفته می شود. فشار اتمسفر به شرایط آب و هوایی و ارتفاع هر نقطه از زمین بستگی دارد. هر چقدر ارتفاع یک نقطه بیشتر باشد اتمسفر کمتری بالای آن وجود دارد در نتیجه فشار کمتری ناشی از وزن اتمسفر به آن نقطه وارد می شود.

سنسور فشار گیج تجهیزی مناسب و کاربردی برای اکثر نیازهای اندازه‌گیری فشار در صنعت می باشد. فشار گیج یا Gauge Pressure برابر است با فشار اتمسفر به اضافه فشار اندازه‌گیری شده. از آنجایی که فشار اتمسفر نسبت به ارتفاع و شرایط آب و هوایی هر نقطه تغییر می کند این موضوع می تواند بر روی دقت یا درستی Accuracy سنسور در کاربردهای خاص تاثیر گذار باشد.

بنابراین در Application یا کاربردهایی که نیاز به اندازه‌گیری فشار بدون تاثیرات ناشی از تغییر ارتفاع و شرایط آب و هوایی می باشد، از سنسور فشار مطلق استفاده می شود. در واقع ترانسمیتر فشار ابسولوت یک سیستم بسته و مهر و موم شده Closed System) یا Sealed System) می باشد که اندازه‌گیری فشار را نسب به مرجع خلاء کامل یا Prefect Vacuum انجام می دهد. در نتیجه این سنسور می تواند خوانش فشاری را ارائه دهد که تحت تاثیر فشار اتمسفر نیست.

مقایسه طراحی سنسور فشار ابسولوت و سنسور فشار گیج

اکثر سنسورهای فشار الکترونیکی، فشار گیج Gauge Pressure را بر اساس میزان انحراف دیافراگم اندازه‌گیری می کنند.

چنانچه یک طرف دیافراگم در معرض فشار فرآیند قرار گیرد و طرف دیگر آن Vented شود (در معرض فشار محیط باشد)، میزان انحراف دیافراگم تحت تاثیر فشار محیط کاهش می یابد. در واقع این بدین معنی است که فشار گیج برابر با اختلاف میان فشار فرآیند و فشار اتمسفر می باشد.

اما در سنسور فشار Absolute یک طرف دیافراگم در معرض فشار فرآیند و طرف دیگر آن در معرض خلاء مطلق کاملاً مهر و موم شده داخل یک محفظه قرار می گیرد. بنابراین در این سنسور ها انحراف دیافراگم تحت تاثیر فشار اتمسفر قرار نمی گیرد.

زیرا مرجع فشار Reference Pressure و نقطه صفر Zero Point در سنسور فشار ابسولوت، خلاء مهر و موم شده (Sealed Vacuum) می باشد.

خرید سنسور فشار ابسولوت

هنگام خرید سنسور فشار ابسولوت حتماً باید به نوع Application و محدوده فشار فرآیند Pressure Range، سیگنال خروجی سنسور Output Signal، درستی یا Accuracy، نوع پورت فشار Pressure Port و کانکشن الکتریکی Electrical Connection، نوع سیال و جنس دیافراگم Wetted Parts Material، دمای سیال Media Temperature و دمای محیط Ambient Temperature و غیره دقت نمود.

کاربرد یا Application سنسور فشار ابسولوت

  • معمولاً از سنسورهای فشار مطلق در کاربردهایی استفاده می شود که نیاز به نظارت بر عملکرد ایده آل پمپ های خلاء صنعتی می باشد. به عنوان مثال نظارت بر ماشین‌ آلات بسته‌ بندی صنعتی که از آنها به منظور بسته ‌بندی وکیوم محصولات پزشکی در یک محیط تمیز استفاده می ‌شود تا از تحویل بهداشتی و بدون باکتری محصولات به بیمارستان‌ ها و پزشکان اطمینان حاصل شود.
  • همچنین در صنایع غذایی، از بسته بندی وکیوم زمانی استفاده می شود که به بالاترین میزان وکیوم Vacuum برای جلوگیری از تجزیه مواد فاسد شدنی با اکسیژن نیاز باشد. بنابراین در اثر بسته بندی وکیوم مواد غذایی، طعم و مزه و ماندگاری این محصولات افزایش می یابد.
  • همچنین از جمله کاربردهایی که در آنها نیاز به اندازه‌گیری فشار ابسولوت واقعی می باشد می توان به آزمایشگاه های علمی تحقیقاتی، دانشگاه ها، صنایع نظامی و هوانوردی اشاره نمود.
  • ایستگاه های هواشناسی نیز از سنسور فشار Absolute به منظور اندازه‌گیری فشار بارومتریک Barometric Pressure استفاده می کنند.
  • همچنین از این سنسور ها برای اندازه‌گیری ارتفاع از سطح دریا نیز استفاده می شود.
