توضیحات

سنسور فشار ویکا IS-3 به طور خاص برای سخت ترین نیازهای صنعتی در مناطق خطرناک طراحی شده است و دارای تاییدیه های رایج مانند ATEX، IECEx، FM و CSA، و همچنین دارای رتبه بندی SIL بر اساس IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 برای استفاده در صنایع فرآیندی است.

سنسور فشار IS-3 با محدوده اندازه گیری تا 6000 بار موجود است و برای کاربردهای مختلف از ماشین سازی عمومی تا کاربردهای فشار بالا مناسب است.

طراحی سنسور فشار ویکا IS-3

تمام قطعات خیس شونده از فولاد ضد زنگ ساخته شده و ساختار آن به صورت کاملا جوشکاری شده می باشد. عناصر آب بندی داخلی به طور کامل محافظت شده اند، به همین دلیل این سنسور فشار تقریباً با تمام سیال ها قابل استفاده است. بدنه مقاوم این سنسور نیز از فولاد ضد زنگ ساخته شده است و حداقل حفاظت از نفوذ IP65 را ارائه می دهد. نسخه های IP68 نیز موجود است.

اتصالات فرآیند با دیافراگم فلاش مخصوصاً برای اندازه‌گیری محیط‌های چسبناک و آلوده مناسب هستند و اندازه‌گیری فشار بدون مشکل را همیشه تضمین می‌کنند. محفظه مخصوص کاربردهای محیط بیرونی مدل IS-3 عملکرد در شرایط محیطی سخت را امکان پذیر می کند و در برابر اسیدها، بازها، روغن ها و حلال ها مقاوم است. از طریق اتصال محفظه محیط های بیرونی که در سر بدنه نصب شده است، سیم کشی الکتریکی را می توان به سرعت و به راحتی انجام داد.

تامین کننده ولتاژ

توصیه می شود که انواع ذاتا ایمن سنسور فشار ویکا IS-3 از طریق منبع تغذیه تکرار کننده مناسب تغذیه شوند.
